1. Which academic calendar do you follow?

We follow the UAE Ministry of Education academic calendar, which includes three academic terms, official public holidays, and all scheduled breaks.

2. What curriculum do you follow?

We follow British curriculum (Early Years Foundation Stage) that focuses on child-led exploration, play-based learning, and developmental milestones.

3. Do you provide transportation services?

No, we do not offer transport. Parents must arrange drop-off and pick-up.

4. Do you offer trial classes or short-term enrolments?

No. We only offer term-based enrolment to maintain routine and proper settling for children.

5. Are meals or snacks provided?

We do not provide food. Parents must send suitable meals and snacks that meet nursery safety guidelines (no nuts, no chocolates, no junk food, etc.).

6. What safety measures do you follow?

We maintain CCTV-monitored premises, trained staff certified in first aid and child protection, strict pick-up protocols, and age-appropriate safety equipment.

7. Do you provide access to the CCTV cameras?

No, we do not provide access to the CCTV cameras.

8. What is your staff qualification and training policy?

All staff members actively participate in continuous professional learning. The entire team is certified in international first aid and fire safety. All educators have completed, or are completing, a UK Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education (CACHE) qualification, that is required for their role.

9. Are parents allowed to visit during nursery hours?

For security and to avoid disrupting routines, walk-in visits are not allowed during class hours. Parents may book a scheduled tour with reception.

10. What is your policy on sickness or illness?

Children showing symptoms of fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or requiring medication must stay home. A 24-hour symptom-free period is required. A child may only return to nursery with a doctor’s clearance certificate, confirming they are fit to resume.

11. Can I change my child’s timing mid-term?

Timing changes depend on availability. Additional charges apply when upgrading from regular to extended hours.

12. How do you manage behaviour and discipline?

We use positive reinforcement, redirection, and age-appropriate guidance in partnership with parents. Punitive methods are not allowed (see our Behaviour Policy for details).

13. What languages do you teach?

The main language of instruction is English, with Arabic sessions included for age group 3-4 years only through a qualified Arabic teacher.
